What if I don’t want you to come to my office each month?

Easy – we can chat with you via phone, email, online chat or Skype at anytime.

 

How and when can I access my accounting software?
BPO Connect provides 24/7 access to your accounting package.

 

How do I get my paper work to you?
Simple –you can use Shoeboxed.com, Dropbox.com, email or we can arrange to pick it up. Your client manager will assist in setting the right option up for you.

 

Who is responsible for my work?
You will have a dedicated Client Manager, that you will liaise with.

General

What experience do you have?
We have over 15 years experience in the Finance & Accounting Industry. Our business is developed by Accountants and Bookkeepers, for Accountants and Bookkeepers.

What do I need to prepare?
Your responsibility will involve providing accurate financial information to us for the preparation of financial information and reports.

How do I communicate with the Team?
You may contact us by phone at: 1300 228 724, or via online chat, during our extended business hours. And via email, or our BPO Connect ticketing system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

What are your hours of operations?
Access to the Australian team between 8.30am and 5pm and direct with our overseas team from 12.30pm to 10.30pm.

Security

Where is the data stored?
The data, is stored on a terminal server in a secure data center based in Sydney Australia, with a backup server in Melbourne.

How secure is it?
The terminal server has the same security as bank related software. Your file is completely protected and can only by accessed by authorized staff.

Is our data confidential?
Yes; your information is only accessed by authorized personnel.

Service Level Agreements

Do you have a contract?
No we do not. We do however provide you with a referral agreement.

Do you offer guaranteed turnaround times?
Yes. All of our work is guaranteed under our Service Level Agreements.

Is ongoing support provided?
Yes, we provide onsite support, extended business hours of operation so you can access team members after 5pm, access to a live ticketing system, unlimited emails, phone support & online chat.

What are your Terms of trade?
We offer a strictly Direct Debit only policy. We do this to help you implement better client payments terms which will increase your cash flow.

Software

What retail accounting software do you support?
Myob, quickbooks, procom, SAP business 1, ERP, UCAN2, reach accounting, XERO, Freshbooks, SAP, Tully, Attache, Sybiz, Exonet, Banklink and any off the shelf software.

What wholesale accounting software can you use?
Handisoft, Reckon Elite, Sage, Accpac, MYOB Accountants Office, Peoplesoft

Team

Does the team speak English?
Yes

What qualifications do they have?
The minimum qualification is a bachelor’s degree in accounting or an accounting related field.

Are your staff software proficient?
Yes; they are all trained continuously on software and accounting principles.

Do you employ your own team members?
Yes; all team members are employed directly by BPO Connect.

Technology

What technology platform do you use?
We provide a Cloud Based Solution, which allows us to offer on time accurate information and 24/7 access for you, to your client’s files.

How long does it take to set up a terminal server?
It takes us 24 hours to setup and configure access to your secure portal.
